Thank you for choosing CodePro Technologies and using our product, YuliCRM. We understand that circumstances might change, and we're here to assist you with our cancellation and refund policy.


Customers can cancel their subscription to YuliCRM at any time by contacting our customer support team at hello@yulissatech.com . We appreciate a notice period of 7 days before the next billing cycle to ensure a smooth cancellation process.

**Refund Policy**

1. **Monthly Subscriptions:** For monthly subscription plans, if you cancel within 3 days of your billing cycle, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for any unused portion of the current billing cycle.

2. **Annual Subscriptions:** For annual subscription plans, you can request a pro-rated refund for any unused months after the 3 days notice. Refunds will be calculated based on the number of full months remaining in your subscription.

**Refund Process**

1. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at hello@yulissatech.com .

2. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-14 business days.


Please note that refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

- If the cancellation request is made after 3 days of the billing cycle for monthly subscriptions.

- If a significant portion of the subscription period has been utilized.

- If the subscription was purchased through a third-party vendor or reseller. Please refer to their respective refund policies.
